Raymarine chartplotter Axiom 9’s multitouch screen is extremely responsive to user’s actions. Vibrant colors and anti-reflective screen coating provide excellent picture quality in any weather. These properties are very important when you need to quickly obtain information for analysis of a complex situation. Built-in gyro stabilizer eliminates distortion caused by pitching.
The main tasks that the Axiom 9 ship display performs:
- calculates the route;
- provides control over the movement of the vessel exactly along the route, quickly tracking any change in geolocation;
- quickly creates seamless maps with route waypoints, tides and currents (with Navionics or C-MAP cartography);
- records the route passed by the vessel.
In the Chart operating system application, you can work in Simple or Detailed modes, displaying information on the entire screen or on several split screens.
The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth apps let you control your chartplotter from a distance using your smartphone.
Axiom 9 open platform multifunction display allows the optional use of any Raymarine navigation equipment. You can buy a Raymarine chartplotter Axiom 9 and expand its capabilities over time to include sonar, radar, thermal imager, autopilot and other Raymarine peripherals.
