Gibsy ALU-D 250 has the following advantages over fully rigid boats:
- with dimensions of 2.5x1.4 m, it weighs only 44 kg, which ensures excellent glide;
- good glide makes it possible to quickly gain high speed and go on plane;
- quick access to planing allows the use of a low power motor;
- a low-power engine means lower price of the motor and significant fuel savings;
- has a huge margin of unsinkability due to the floating hull and three non-communicating air chambers with a diameter of 36 cm, which the board consists of;
- on the RIB you can safely approach the board of the yacht without fear of damaging it - the inflatable board acts as a fender.
Thanks to the V-shaped keel, the boat easily cuts through the oncoming traffic, maneuvers perfectly, and allows you to reliably keep the set course.
The lightness of the boat is ensured by both the aluminum-magnesium alloy hull and the inflatable sides made of 1100 den (0.9 mm) thermo welded PVC fabric. These are wear-resistant and moisture-resistant materials. The fabric does not deform when inflated. The metal bottom eliminates the osmosis process.
The rigid double bottom provides a very smooth, non-springy surface. In the boat you can move around, cast a spinning rod, dive. The floor is covered with an anti-slip layer.
