Beneteau Swift Trawler 35 for Sale

Motor yacht Swift Trawler 35 is a radically updated version of the 2019 Beneteau trawler. Before this update, all Swift The Trawlers were produced in keeping with the canon of this class of vessel: a hull with signs of obesity, vertical walls of the saloon and an unchanged mast.

New Swift Trawler 35 has lost its mast and spar and is replaced by an elegant stainless-steel arch, on which a stretch awning can be installed. The absence of a mast automatically means that the inflatable boat is no longer stored on the roof, but at the stern: optional telescopic davits are provided for lifting out of the water.

On board this silently moving yacht six people can be accommodated with considerable comfort. Three couples can have their own apartments. The captain's cabin with a full-size "island" double bed is located in the bow. Closer to the stern there is a guest room with two berths. The third cabin is improvised: you can transform the saloon for an overnight stay by unfolding a double sofa and turning it into a bed.

The cabin area is quite large, given the overall length, but does not violate the proportions. The aft hinged doors have an original design with built-in folding seats that open access to the swim area. By opening them, you can set a table for lunch in the fresh air. The swim area is actually a continuation of the hull, so it looks harmonious.

Tribute to Traditions

Finishing is made according to the principles traditional for Beneteau. There are no unreasonably expensive materials here, but they did not save on natural wood (teak flooring will also appear for an extra charge). There is also enough plastic (for example, on the ceilings), but it does not spoil the overall picture, helping to keep the ship clean at the same time.

On the flybridge, the trim is quite modest, but looks durable. This also applies to the vinyl upholstery of the U-shaped sofa.

The ship will show true advantages when the engine is running at 1000 rpm. Such revolutions on planing motor yachts are not used at all for the course, but the displacement Swift Trawler 35 on them develops a speed of 5.8 knots, which is its native element. Fuel consumption will be only 3.6 liters per hour. In this mode, the vessel can cover more than 1000 miles, or 1850 km, without refueling on a standard 800-liter fuel tank.
