The French shipyard Beneteau in 2017 announced the resumption of production of the historic line of motor boats Antares, presenting two new models at once. The Antares 6 is the smallest model in the line with a hull length of 5.5 meters, an overall length of 5.7 meters and outboard motors.

This boat is a great example of the shipyard’s experience in building cruising boats, pragmatically and intelligently combining innovation and proven traditional technologies and materials. Antares 6 embodies all the elements that have distinguished this line for 4 decades and ensured the success of the shipyard in terms of sales.

Motor boat Antares 6 is equipped with a 115-horsepower outboard engine. The boat received a closed helm station, a special design of the rear bench, which allows you to quickly raise the motor. The ship's engineers made the entrance to the cabin just below deck to gain extra space. That is how they solved the issue with the shortage of usable space on a motor boat less than 6 meters long.

Up to 6 people can be on board the boat, and in the external design, the creators tried to achieve a balance of modernity and classic features.
Rethinking the typical layouts of small boats, the Beneteau team tried to achieve the greatest ergonomics and comfort when creating this model: a functional cockpit, plenty of seats and handrails for safe movement around the boat.

Thanks to the multifunctional design of the interior, the feeling of spaciousness of the boat is created. It is equipped with a lift-up captain's seat and an optional folding seat, as well as a rest cabin with partitions that can be moved and transformed.

A glazed area with a helm station provides excellent visibility when navigating. Antares 6 has excellent maneuvering, tacking and planing capabilities. This is largely due to the latest generation AirStep hull, which provides the boat with lightness and excellent stability even in heavy seas.
