BlueNav appoints new CEO, elevating former COO to top position

Xavier Lachérade has been appointed as the CEO of BlueNav, a significant promotion within the company. He started his journey at BlueNav as the chief operating officer (COO) in January 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in leadership roles spanning 18 years. Prior to joining BlueNav, Xavier served as the CTO of Aldebaran, a renowned humanoid robotics company.

During his tenure as the managing director (MD) of SBRE in 2019, Xavier spearheaded various initiatives such as reorganisation plans, restructuring R&D, optimizing distribution models, and diversifying product portfolios. His strategic acumen was further showcased in 2021 when he facilitated a shareholder transition that led to Aldebaran's integration into URG in 2022 and the successful launch of the French service robot Plato.

Notably, Xavier's role as the BlueNav COO was instrumental in streamlining operations and shaping the company's strategic direction. Now, as the CEO, Xavier is poised to steer BlueNav towards accelerated commercial expansion across Europe, solidifying its industrial transition, and fostering innovation.
