Jet ski users will now be required to abide by the ‘Rules of the Road’ following the recent implementation of new legislation in the UK. The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) has introduced new legislation that places a duty of care on jet ski users to act responsibly and with respect for other water users.
