Palm Beach Motor Yachts broadening its horizons by expanding their presence

Palm Beach Motor Yachts has recently completed the expansion of its manufacturing facility located in Johor, Malaysia.

The renowned yacht builder, which unveiled a new flagship model in September 2024, has carried out significant renovations by adding an extra 31,000sqm (approximately 334,000sqft) to its existing 51,000sqm facility.

Following this expansion, the total factory area of the boatbuilder now stands at 80,000sqm (about 861,000sqft), equivalent to 20 acres of covered workspace.

This expansion is deemed essential by Palm Beach Motor Yachts as it enhances the factory-direct experience for yacht owners, offering them superior service and a wide range of customization options.

"Our investment in this expansion goes beyond just physical space," noted Mark Richards, the founder, CEO, and chief designer of Palm Beach Motor Yachts.

"It involves advanced technology, innovative equipment, improved building processes, and, most importantly, the skilled individuals who bring our vision to fruition.

Our investment in this expansion goes beyond just physical space.

"Witnessing everything come together gives me immense satisfaction."

Mark further highlighted the remarkable demand for factory-direct boat building, emphasizing the company's enhanced manufacturing capabilities, product lineup, and workforce.

The expansion not only caters to the rising need for customized yacht models but also reinforces the company's dedication to direct sales and service.

In a strategic move in November 2024, Palm Beach Motor Yachts inaugurated a new sales and service office on the West Coast in San Diego, California, overseen by Michael Kusler.

Moreover, the company's latest flagship model, the Palm Beach 107, and the new Palm Beach GT50 RS Outboard model have progressed from the design phase to the production stage, alongside two other jet drive-powered offerings.

Swift and Efficient

The Palm Beach 107 features the V-Warp Technology hull, a signature of Palm Beach Motor Yachts, incorporating a sleek entry, an elegant midsection, and minimal deadrise at the rear.

Constructed using a resin to E-Glass unidirectional and multi-axial fiber ratio, the V-Warp Technology hull ensures a sturdy, rapid, and efficient hull structure.

This hull is directly integrated with the carbon fiber framework, bulkheads, deck, and superstructure of the vessel, aiming to enhance fuel efficiency and overall performance.

The GT50 RS is scheduled for a Spring 2025 debut, with a larger GT60 RS model currently in the works.
