The Quattro-II, much like the MultiPlus-II, is a versatile combined inverter and charger. It stands out by accepting two AC inputs and automatically connecting to the active source. Offering true sine wave inverter functionality, adaptive charging, and hybrid PowerAssist technology, it supports multiple system integration features such as three or split-phase operation and parallel operation.
With ESS (Energy Storage System) functionality, the Quattro-II connects to two independent AC sources, automatically selecting the active source, making it adaptable to various setups like the public grid and a generator. PowerControl and PowerAssist features boost grid or generator capacity, preventing overloading.
Incorporating solar energy compatibility for both off-grid and grid-connected PV systems, the Quattro-II supports solar charge controllers and grid-tie inverters. With two AC outputs, the main output ensures uninterrupted power supply during grid failure or power disconnection, while the second output is active only when AC is available on the input.
Parallel and three-phase operation capabilities further enhance its power output potential. Up to six Quattro units can operate in parallel, providing increased power and charging capacity. On-site system configuring, monitoring, and control are convenient with VEConfigure software, and various options such as Cerbo GX, Color Control GX, and more. Remote configuring and monitoring are achievable by connecting to the internet via a Cerbo GX or other GX product, with operational data displayed on the VRM (Victron Remote Management) website. Remote access enables configuration changes for optimal system management.
