Lomac Milano is gearing up to introduce a brand-new RIB customisation service for its lineup.
Set to be revealed at boot Düsseldorf 2025, Lomac Atelier powered by D-Factory will combine Lomac's expertise in crafting high-performance boats with D-Factory's proficiency in tailored design and surface finishing.
According to the companies, this venture will mark the beginning of a fresh era in bespoke luxury for boating enthusiasts.
A focal point of the announcement is the unveiling of the Odyssey, a showcase RIB based on Lomac's Adrenalina 8.5 model.
The design of the Odyssey draws inspiration from Penelope of Greek mythology, with the intention of sparking creativity among visitors and prompting them to envision the extent to which their ideas can influence their own vessels.
Lomac Atelier will enable customers to customize nearly every aspect of their RIBs, including tube colors, dashboard finishes, upholstery textures, T-top, seats, and handrails.
Personalisation
D-Factory, renowned for its work in automotive design and as an official partner of Audi and Porsche, will provide wraps and regenerative Paint Protection Film (PPF) from 3M to safeguard fiberglass surfaces from UV rays and wear, enhancing their longevity.
Additionally, D-Factory will offer upholstery customisation, incorporating designs, shapes, and stitching to bring sophistication to the interiors.
This collaboration signifies a shift in the boating industry by introducing a level of personalisation typically seen in luxury cars, as explained by a Lomac spokesperson.
“The partnership between Lomac Milano and D-Factory is set to redefine the customization standards in the boating sector,” stated the spokesperson.
“Clients can now anticipate bespoke solutions that merge state-of-the-art technology with exquisite design, transforming each vessel into a unique masterpiece.”
