This model celebrates the "hull number 300" of the first yacht in the Invictus range, introduced in 2015, and marks a new chapter in boat construction with the use of carbon fiber and 'pre-preg' technology.

'Pre-Preg' Technology: A Construction Revolution

The GT280 Carbon Look is built using carbon fiber fabrics pre-impregnated with resin, a method that offers significant advantages:

• Weight reduction: the hull and deck weigh approximately 50% less, with a total displacement lower by 40%.
• Efficiency and performance: the reduced weight allows for less powerful engines to be used with the same performance, improving fuel consumption.
• Structural uniformity: the polymerization process eliminates voids and ensures high mechanical strength.

This technology, already used in the foils of America's Cup boats, represents a breakthrough for the shipyard, which plans to extend it to other models in the range.

Functional and Elegant Design

The GT280 Carbon Look enhances the characteristic carbon fiber weave with a transparent coating, while the light deck improves livability during summer days. The interiors and details, such as the rudder and control panel, follow the same visible carbon fiber style.

The compact size (8.9 meters) does not compromise the attention to detail and elegance that have made the model famous. The propulsion is powered by a 300 hp Volvo Penta V8 gasoline engine, ensuring smooth and performant navigation.

Alongside the GT280 Carbon Look, Invictus Yacht will present:

• TT460: winner of the "Design Innovation Award 2020," a 14.27-meter cruiser that combines livability and style.
• TT420: a 12.30-meter model that embodies elegance and functionality on a smaller scale.
• GT320 Atelier: a special version celebrating the "hull number 100," characterized by soft shapes and enveloping colors.

The Capoforte range will also be on display at the stand (Hall 4, Stand B60), featuring four day cruisers ranging from 6 to 9 meters. Special attention will be given to the SQ240 full electric, the shipyard's first electric boat, alongside models with traditional propulsion such as the inboard SX280 and outboards CX270 and CX250.
