Exclusive Preview of 61m Luxury Yacht ASIA by Royal Hakvoort

The initial images of the 61m (200'13") superyacht ASIA showcase a remarkable vessel crafted by Royal Hakvoort, featuring an elegant profile designed by Diana Yacht Design and creatively styled interiors by Sinot Yacht Architecture and Design. Since her launch in May 2024, she embarked on a four-month inaugural voyage in the Mediterranean.

Commissioned by a seasoned yacht-owning family, ASIA was envisioned as a dream ship capable of serving as a home away from home during extensive global travels. Every detail of the yacht was meticulously planned to provide comfort and functionality for intimate family getaways or entertaining friends on board.

“Asia is the boat I have dreamt of since I was a young boy,” expressed the owner. “Every area on Asia is incredibly cozy and inviting. There is no part of the yacht where we do not feel at ease; essentially, what Royal Hakvoort constructed is a sanctuary for us. Asia embodies everything we envisioned.”

The interior design by Sinot Yacht Architecture and Design reflects the owner's active lifestyle and preference for spending substantial time on board. The design team managed to create an ambiance akin to an 80m+ yacht within ASIA's 61m framework.

Characterized by sleek and elegant lines with a color scheme of white, grey, and black, ASIA features a traditional bow and sculptural design. The spacious gangways on the main and owner's deck ensure easy movement for guests and crew, with a total internal volume of 1,268GT.

“The first thing you notice with Asia is space; stepping aboard feels akin to being on an 80-metre superyacht,” remarked Hakvoort. “The secret lies in the general arrangement. Asia has her engine rooms located amidships, which has freed up a huge amount of living space for the owner and guests aft. The design and detailing are exceptional throughout; Asia is intricate, welcoming, and well-suited for long periods at sea.”

The sun deck serves as a social outdoor terrace equipped with a grill, wet bar, guest sunbathing areas, a glass-enclosed jacuzzi, and a swim-up bar. Retractable biminis offer shade as needed throughout the day. The upper deck includes a rear terrace ideal for relaxation after a workout in the adjacent onboard gym, furnished with various exercise equipment.

The expansive owner's deck aft provides a large terrace for al fresco dining, sunbathing, and enjoying the surroundings wherever ASIA sails. Nautical influences in colorful deck furnishings harmonize with the teak decking and other neutral finishes. A private foredeck terrace offers an intimate seating area for the owners, complete with a personal jacuzzi.

The main deck seamlessly transitions to a stunning beach club at the water's edge, perfect for relaxation, spa treatments, or lively parties. Hatches on three sides allow natural light and gentle breezes to flow through when at anchor.

The four lower deck suites offer direct access to the beach club, ensuring guests can easily enjoy the onboard amenities. Each ensuite stateroom features a spacious layout with king-sized beds and luxurious ensuites boasting rainfall showers and unique design elements.

On the main deck, the VIP stateroom, comparable in luxury to the owner's suite, includes a bedroom, salon, and ensuite with a full bathtub, rainfall shower, and deluxe finishes like natural wood and crystal-white marble.

A family-oriented yacht wouldn't be complete without a private owner's deck. ASIA features a private suite with a suspended kingsize bed offering panoramic views through 270 degrees of glazing. The suite is elegantly finished in rich mahogany and cream furnishings, with additional amenities like a beauty salon, separate bathrooms for him and her, an office, and a sky lounge.

Located aft on the main deck, a spacious salon surrounded by large windows provides panoramic views of the passing scenery. The salon combines dark woods, glass accents, and soft neutral furnishings with vibrant touches in the cushions and rugs. It features a 12-person dining table, a cozy seating area, and a large bar. Glass sliding doors seamlessly connect to the outdoor seating area.

For extended cruising, ASIA is equipped with a high-tech hybrid propulsion system, offering speeds up to 15 knots and a range of 4,800 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 10 knots. An innovative heat recovery system enhances her efficiency, a forward-thinking design that will be a staple on all future Royal Hakvoort superyachts.

The owners of superyacht ASIA have been relishing their time on board since May 2024. As they continue their global journey, we extend our best wishes for many joyful years spent with family and friends aboard this exceptional vessel.
