Exciting Preview of the 2025 Bennington 24MSB Model

Bennington Marine emphasizes that luxury, performance, and customization are the key factors influencing the design of its pontoon models. These qualities are evident in the Bennington M Series, a new midlevel line set to launch in 2025. The M Series will be available in varying lengths from 21 to 26 feet, featuring twin or triple tubes and offering a choice of Standard, Sport, or Luxe interior trim options.

One standout feature found across the M Series models is the redesigned Horizon helm crafted from molded fiberglass. The helm boasts a stylish design with modern accents, ensuring enhanced comfort, control, and visibility for the driver while maintaining a clear view to the bow. Positioned atop the helm is the new 7-inch Bennington Vivid UX main display equipped with GPS functionality. Additionally, a 12-button digital switch pad is located on the lower left side of the helm. The audio system is powered by Custom Rockford Fosgate components. Notably, the aft deck on these models has been extended by 24 inches compared to previous versions, accommodating a LilliPad comfort step boarding ladder.

During testing, the 24MSB model, featuring 23-foot-4-inch tubes and the Swingback aft seat interior, was outfitted with various optional upgrades. These included a 54-inch ski pylon, the Blackout Luxe Package interior finished in Veneto vinyl, and a new anchor locker that cleverly stores the anchor in a plastic tub beneath a hatch within the center tube. The boat's performance was powered by a Yamaha 200 SHO outboard engine, achieving a top speed of 38.2 mph and accelerating from zero to 30 mph in 10.1 seconds. The handling of the 24MSB was praised for its precision and predictability at all speeds, embodying the core values of luxury, performance, and customization that Bennington is known for.

Additional features of the M Series models include spacious bow lounges offering plush seating, segment-leading attention to detail and fit-and-finish, the implementation of digital switching to eliminate mechanical switch issues, and new helm and glass displays that not only look impressive but also provide user-friendly access to essential information.

For those interested in the technical specifications, the 24MSB model was tested with a Yamaha 200 SHO outboard engine, Yamaha Saltwater Series II 14.5" x 15" 3-blade stainless steel propeller, and recorded a fuel load of 24 gallons with a crew weight of 380 lbs. The price for the fully equipped boat was $126,537, with a length overall of 23'6", beam of 8'6", dry weight of 3,057 lbs, seating capacity for 12 people and a fuel capacity of 48 gallons.
