Aquila Power Catamarans is preparing to introduce new models - Aquila 50, Aquila 42, and Aquila 46 Coupe (pictures below, in order) at the Miami International Boat Show from February 12 to 16, 2025. The company will showcase a remarkable range of luxury yachts and high-performance boats, including the highly anticipated debut of the Aquila 42 Coupe and 46 Coupe catamarans.
The new Coupe series combines the excitement of an open sports boat with the comforts of a large yacht, offering unprecedented usable space rarely found in vessels of this size. Available with inboard and outboard propulsion and featuring the Aquila Hydro Glide Foil System as standard, these sleek and sporty catamarans are perfect for a day at sea, a night under the stars, or a weekend excursion to an exciting destination.
Following its success in America, the Aquila 50 model, with 10 units already sold, will make its European debut at the International Multihull Boat Show from April 23 to 27, 2025, in La Grande-Motte, France, before moving to Sardinia in July at the Italian dealer FC-Yacht. The International Yachting Media had the opportunity to test this model during a world premiere in Clearwater, Florida.
The propulsion of the Aquila 50 Yacht is powered by a pair of Volvo Penta D6 turbo diesel engines, each producing 480 hp. Alternatively, two Yanmar engines with 550 hp each can be installed, capable of propelling the Aquila 50 Yacht to a maximum speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 18-19 knots.
Aquila Power Catamarans, born from the partnership between Sino Eagle Group and MarineMax, completes its lineup with the Aquila 50 Yacht, positioned between the 54 Yacht and the 44 Yacht, setting new records in terms of livability, comfort, and ease of handling. After the International Multihull Boat Show and the summer season in Sardinia, enthusiasts can admire it at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2025, scheduled from September 9 to 14, 2025.
The Aquila 50 Yacht offers spacious cabins, ensuring absolute privacy and comfort. Every design detail aims to provide intimacy and practicality, maximizing the volumes available. Noteworthy is the innovative 'Explorer' design, characterized by a high freeboard that gives a distinctive personality to the Aquila 50 Yacht, especially compared to other models in the range.
