At the recent Düsseldorf Boat Show, Amare Group made a significant impact by unveiling their new Amy series, marking their entry into the electric tender market. This launch signifies a transformative approach to the design and functionality of electric tenders.
The Amy series challenges traditional design elements by integrating the aesthetics of electric mobility, featuring smooth lines that replace sharp edges and functional efficiency that enhances its visual appeal. Notable features of the Amy series include intuitive controls, a playful silhouette, and a highly comfortable setup, all enveloped within minimal yet innovative and welcoming design lines. The result is a technically advanced and compact vessel, weighing just 290 kg, which offers extensive customization possibilities.
The interior setup of the Amare Group Amy includes padded and covered seats, large storage compartments, charging ports, and a high-quality audio system. The steering wheel, inspired by automotive designs, is foldable and adjustable, tailored to suit individual driving preferences. The innovative and elegant design was developed by the design studio Burdisso Capponi.
At the heart of Amy's performance is the Mitek Revolve electric motor, designed to ensure performance, onboard safety, flexibility, and autonomy. This propulsion system was notably recognized at the DAME Awards 2024 during the METS in Amsterdam. Amare Group and Mitek collaborated closely to optimize the motor's performance in relation to the Amy 330e hull.
A key feature of this innovative electric motor is its ability to rotate around its axis, dramatically reducing vertical space and allowing the tender to be stored in compact areas. The Amy project by Amare Group is entirely developed in Italy, from the concept and design phases to the construction of the Pre-Preg carbon fiber structure and the electric motor, all taking place near Modena by Italian companies.
