(“Novamarine” or the “Company”), a leading designer and manufacturer of high-end boats for pleasure and professional segments, listed on Euronext Growth Milan, has reviewed the preliminary results for the year 2024, confirming an outstanding performance and a strong order book for 2025.

Growth Driven by Larger Models

Statements from President and CEO Francesco Pirro

Francesco Pirro, President and CEO of Novamarine, stated:

“The 2024 revenues show a growth of over 11%, surpassing both the 2023 results and the forecasts made by Banca Finnat analysts in the latest equity research. This result, achieved in the first year following the IPO, is a testament to the success of the strategy undertaken. The increase in sales of larger boats and an order book for 2025 of over €27 million demonstrate the quality and competitiveness of our artisanal boats. These numbers are a great satisfaction for the entire team.”

A Solid Future Thanks to a Strategic Order Book

The order book as of December 31, 2024, amounting to €27.1 million, covers most of the expected sales for 2025, confirming the growing market interest in Novamarine boats.

With a growth-oriented strategy and consolidation in the high-end segments, Novamarine positions itself as a key player in the international boating market.
