Environmental innovation from Nova Luxe
New cruising motor catamaran Aventura A14 powered by Nova Luxe will be available in one of two variants:
- with a parallel hybrid system in which a diesel engine and an electric motor are installed on the shaft;
- fully electric, in which only electric motors are used to drive the shaft, but a large DC generator will be turned on to run the electric motors for a long time.
The purpose of the changes is to exclude the launch of the generator for any needs on board. To compensate for the eliminated 6 kW generator, Electromaax alternators were added to each engine, bringing the total generating capacity to about 20 kW.
In place of the folding roof, it is planned to install a solar battery with a capacity of 6.6 kW with a capacity of about 25 kW / h.
A number of additional electrical equipment is planned, which, in combination with solar chargers, will ensure that all household appliances work adequately.
It is assumed that these innovations will eliminate the need to use diesel fuel for energy-intensive work on board on sunny days. And in the absence of sunlight, the motors will be fully charged from the batteries in 1.5 hours.
