Collaborating to introduce Smart Range technology, marine technology company Savvy Navvy and RAD Propulsion are joining forces.
With this collaboration, users of RAD Propulsion’s electric propulsion systems will have access to Savvy Navvy’s charts. The integration will allow power management data to be combined with Savvy Navvy’s smart routing, assisting in journey planning and real-time decision-making while on the water.

Harry Beadle, head of embedded systems at RAD Propulsion, highlighted the increasing demand for electric propulsion in the marine industry. As customers shift away from fossil fuels, the need for navigation solutions that support this transition is crucial.

Savvy Navvy’s smart range technology incorporates various factors such as tide, wind, and weather conditions that can affect the range of a vessel. This technology has already garnered over two million downloads, showcasing its popularity and utility among boaters.
The collaboration with RAD Propulsion is part of Savvy Navvy’s new product, ‘Savvy Integrated,’ which aims to develop navigation solutions for marine manufacturers and suppliers.
