The top and side mount dual action control system features a lever lock device with no-protrusion handle for use on sailing boats, effectively managing both throttle and gearbox functions. It's compatible with various boat types, including those with outboard motors, inboards, and stern-drives equipped with hydraulic gearboxes. The unit can be installed on either the port or starboard side, in horizontal or vertical orientations. The hub and lever are meticulously crafted from die-cast aluminium and finished with a protective varnish. A built-in friction drag mechanism prevents throttle creep, ensuring precise control. Warm-up is initiated by pulling out the hand levers. Optionally, with safety switch X12, engine start is only possible when the gearbox is in the neutral position. The B184 model additionally incorporates a trim switch in the hand levers for adjusting the tilt of outboard and stern-drive. Compatible with a range of control cables, including C2, C8, C14, Mach0, Mach14. Cables C5, C16, and Mach5 require the adapter kit K35 (art. 4242069).
