The GRP mounting base is designed to simplify the installation of Max Power retractable thrusters. It is made of isophtalic GRP resin, making it easy to integrate into new GRP yachts or retrofit for a high-quality installation. Aluminum flanges are also available for aluminum yachts and are designed to be welded onto the top of a yard-manufactured mounting base in the hull.
