However, that era has come to an end. With the introduction of the TX series, SunWare now presents foldable modules utilizing crystalline high-performance solar cells boasting an efficiency of 22.1%.
The TX-42052 is a 4-leaf solar module featuring a textile surround. Thanks to the textile joint, it can be conveniently folded into compact transport dimensions of 385 x 1164 x 55mm.
Each wing of this module operates independently!
SunWare has implemented a specific electrical interconnection setup, ensuring that when one element is shaded, the other wing continues to produce full power.
For instance, when the spray hood, where the two-wing module is mounted, is folded together, simply hang the module over the railing. Regardless of the boat's orientation to the sun, the sun-facing side of the TX-42052 consistently generates a total charging current.
If space is limited for all four wings, you can fold the fourth wing to the rear and still have the full power of three branches.
