Deaerator is utilized in both heating and cooling systems to eliminate air bubbles from the circuit. Air bubbles may be present in the circuit for several reasons: it could be there from the filling stage and not properly discharged, released from the water as the temperature rises, or released when the pressure drops, such as near pump aspirations or narrow sections of pipework. The presence of air inside the system can cause corrosion in the pipe's interior and damage to installed components, such as pumps, resulting in malfunction, decreased heat exchange efficiency, and noise in the system.
