1/1A - Begin by applying the rail and securing it in place using screws or rivets.
2/2A - Next, apply the profile by carefully turning it backward as much as possible, creating a sharp bend. It is important to note that for Radial 80, heating it to 40°C is necessary. As the profile is turned, the two sealing inserts will open, allowing you to firmly press them against the rigid rail while moving forward swiftly.
3 - Finally, the product, known as Mod. Radial 52 with dimensions A mm. 26, B mm. 52, C mm. 29, and a total length of 16 meters, is applied.
These steps ensure a quick and efficient installation process for the PVC wing profile, providing a reliable solution for boxed couplings.
