The Pop-Out Ski Tow Cleat is made of high-quality stainless steel 316 and can be easily installed with a single hole. It is designed to be used as both a ski tow ring and fender cleat. The pylon has an opening to hold the ski tow rope and can be rotated 360 degrees when open. For safety, the product should be installed vertically and the pulling force should be horizontal. The installation requires a 48mm (1-7/8") hole. Equipped with a backing washer and nut.
