To prevent the backflow of water into the bilges, this non-return valve is positioned as close to the strainer as possible. It effectively secures the water within the hose by locking it in place. The valve has a straight outlet suitable for hoses with a diameter of either 25mm or 38mm.
The use of a bellows-type gasket enables the valve to accommodate debris like seaweed or small pieces of cloth.The valve itself is made of polyamide, and the gasket is composed of nitrile, which is resistant to fuel.
