The freshwater inlet provides a convenient link between the boat's water system and the shore water supply, allowing easy showering or cooking while docked without tapping into the onboard water tanks. However, it is intended for something other than filling the water tanks. It features a white ABS housing with a white splash-proof cover, a pressure regulator capable of handling up to 7.5 bar from the shore supply and delivering 2.5 bar, a non-return valve, a male 3/4" threaded connector, and a white cover.
