This tank installation kit is equipped with a saltwater-resistant anodized aluminum cover with a flange and rubber seal that can be easily tightened with just 3 bolts compressing the rubber seal to ensure a perfect seal. The kit includes all necessary connections, requiring only one 114 mm diameter hole to be cut in the top of the fuel tank. Suitable for plastic, metal, or GRP diesel or gasoline fuel tanks.
The kit includes:
- Filling hose connection ø 38 or 51 and 16 mm tank ventilation connection
- Suction hose according to selected model:
- ø 8 mm, max tank depth 440 mm
- ø 10 mm, max tank depth 850 mm
- ø 15 mm, max tank depth 970 mm
- Fuel return for ø8, 10, or 15 mm hose
- Mounting flange for tank level sensors (fits sensors with 5-hole SAE flange)
- 6.3 mm terminal for grounding wire connection
- 2 mounting straps to secure the tank in place
