This tank installation kit is equipped with a saltwater-resistant anodized aluminum cover with a counter flange and a rubber seal that is easily tightened with just 3 bolts compressing the rubber seal to ensure a perfect seal. The kit contains all the necessary connections, requiring only one hole with a diameter of 114 mm to be cut in the top of the fuel tank. This installation kit is suitable for plastic, metal, or GRP diesel or gasoline fuel tanks.
The kit includes the following connections:
- Filling hose connection ø38 or 51 and 16 mm tank ventilation connection
- Suction hose according to selected model:
- ø8 mm, max tank depth 440 mm
- ø10 mm, max tank depth 850 mm
- ø15 mm, max tank depth 970 mm
- Fuel return for ø8, 10, or 15 mm hose
- Mounting bracket for tank level sensors (compatible with sensors with 5-hole SAE flange)
- 6.3 mm terminal for ground wire connection
- 2 mounting straps to secure the tank in place
