This tank installation kit Ø38/Ø8/Ø16 is the perfect solution for connecting your fuel tank with ease and efficiency. The kit includes a saltwater-resistant anodized aluminum cover with a counter flange and a rubber seal that is securely tightened with just 3 bolts, ensuring a perfect seal. It contains all the necessary connections, requiring only a single 114mm hole to be cut in the top of the fuel tank. This versatile kit is suitable for plastic, metal, or GRP diesel or petrol fuel tanks.
Included in the kit are the following connections:
- Filling hose connection Ø38 or 51 and 16mm tank ventilation connection
- Suction hose based on selected model:
- Ø8mm, max tank depth 440mm
- Ø10mm, max tank depth 850mm
- Ø15mm, max tank depth 970mm
- Fuel return for Ø8, 10 or 15mm hose
- Mounting flange for tank level sensors (compatible with sensors with 5-hole SAE flange)
- 6.3mm terminal for grounding wire connection
- 2 mounting straps for securing the tank in place
