The mobile cleaning unit is designed for diesel fuel purification, tank cleaning, and water separation. It addresses condensation within tanks caused by bacterial proliferation, leading to fuel degradation and tank oxidation. This system enables tank cleaning without the need for removal and ensures fuel purification. It includes two flexible hoses for fuel inlet and outlet, one with a Ø 51 mm valve for inspection holes, and another with a rigid Ø 20 mm tube for smaller access points. The unit features a dual filtering system: the first stage employs a 30-micron Water Captor filter with a 50 lt/min water absorption capacity, while the second stage utilizes a 5-micron Clear Captor filter for impurities and suspended materials at a capacity of 100 lt/min. Both filters are equipped with drains for water and impurity discharge. The control panel offers an ON-OFF switch, pressure gauge, and overpressure nozzle valve.
