The UC128-OBF front mount cylinder with shaped arm is a balanced aluminum cylinder, ensuring an equal number of wheel turns for lock-to-lock movement in both port and starboard directions. It features adjustable boss style fittings for easy installation, along with a high resistance stainless steel connection bolt (ULTRABOLT) and replaceable cylinder end caps.

The UC128-OBF cylinder is recommended for use with UP25, UP28, UP33, and UP39 series helms, as well as preassembled hoses (Kit OB and Kit OB/R5). In applications with dual UC128-OBF cylinders, it's important to order a standard UC128-OBF cylinder (with the link arm attached to the starboard side) and a port UC128P-OBF cylinder (with the link arm attached to the port side).
However, please note that the UC128-OBF front mount cylinder is not suitable for installations where the boat speed exceeds 55 mph (48 knots) or 65 mph (56 knots) in dual engine, dual cylinder, and counter-rotating engine applications. It is also not intended for use in racing applications.
