Aerosol Adhesive 80 is a specialized neoprene adhesive engineered for exceptional resistance to plasticizers. Boasting high strength and temperature resilience, this adhesive features filamentous aerosol particles that prevent fogging during application, ensuring precise and controlled usage.
Tailored for bonding materials such as rubber, flexible PVC, wood, decorative laminates, metals, plastics, and foams, it excels in diverse applications. However, it is not recommended for use on polyethylene and polypropylene.
Noteworthy for its rapid curing rate, this adhesive facilitates bonding within just 4 minutes after application, surpassing the traditional contact adhesives that typically require 15-20 minutes for effective bonding. The maximum open time is extended to 30 minutes.
Application Guidelines:
- Ensure mating surfaces are dry, clean, and free from dust and oily contaminants.
- Adjust the sprayer direction by turning it to align with the label on the cylinder neck.
- Thoroughly shake the aerosol for 5-10 seconds.
- Maintain a distance of 12-18 cm from the surface during application, fully compressing the sprayer to prevent droplet formation.
- Apply the adhesive to both mating surfaces.
- Connect the surfaces no sooner than 4 minutes after application.
To prevent sprayer clogging, invert the cylinder after use, spray until the fuel outlet begins, and wipe the sprayer.
