Utilizing ultra-fast Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT), the controller significantly enhances energy harvest, especially in dynamically changing light conditions, yielding up to 30% more efficiency compared to PWM controllers and 10% more than slower MPPT counterparts. The load output prevents battery over-discharge by disconnecting loads at a predetermined voltage.
For intelligent battery management, an algorithm, such as Battery Life, can be selected to prevent the battery from cycling between partial charge and discharge, extending the battery life. The load output is short circuit-proof, and certain loads, like inverters, can be connected directly to the battery with the inverter remote control linked to the load output.
In cases where a full recharge isn't achieved daily, the Battery Life algorithm adjusts the load disconnect level incrementally until regular recharging is possible. The programmable battery charge algorithm, detailed on our website, further enhances customization.
