Soft PVC has high performance as a material for an inflatable bumper/damper. If you buy the right amount of polyvinyl chloride fenders and also choose their size correctly based on the dimensions of the vessel, then they will demonstrate all their advantages:
- provide the necessary cushioning effect when the side of your yacht comes into contact with the mooring wall, distributing the impact force over the entire surface and reducing it at the point of contact;
- they will extinguish the energy of the waves, reducing the amplitude of the oscillation and reducing the strength of each subsequent impact;
- protect not only the side of your vessel from damage, but also the quay wall, as well as neighboring boats.
PVC ensures a long service life of products made from it, since it does not deform from long exposure to the sun and exposure to sea salt, does not mold or rot, a properly selected PVC fender is not damaged by mechanical stress.
