HT series boats retain all the main features of Viking’s DNA, including the Viking 650 HT, which is characterized by:
- aluminum body;
- covering the bottom and deck with sheets of corrugated metal;
- self-draining bottom and deck;
- high sides with rails along the entire perimeter;
- large transom board for mounting the engine;
- control console with helm seat.
But there are also significant additions to the design, which, by the way, is certified for coastal navigation (C – CE). With a tightly closing aluminum door, there is no need for self-draining from the wheelhouse.
In this model, the control post is located in a lockable cockpit with seven windows; it is located forward on the starboard side. Behind the helm in the form of a car steering wheel, there is a panel on which you can place a chartplotter with a sonar, any navigation devices, communications equipment and other indicators that help monitor the operation of the boat.
In the cockpit there is a large locker, a table and there is still plenty of space for caught fish, waterfowl, fishing, hunting and underwater equipment. In the bow cabin there are two more large lockers, and the cabin itself now can be locked.
