Grande 26M is the initial yacht to be outfitted with the LARGE POD 4600, created by Azimut in collaboration with ZF. This technology permits a reduced fuel consumption of up to 20% at typical speeds while enhancing the boat's maneuverability for docking, making it the first time this feature is available on bigger vessels.

The innovative application of carbon fiber lamination has benefits beyond just enhancing performance. The Carbon-Tech Generation boat has increased interior volume without sacrificing dynamic stability and easy handling. The vessel's low center of gravity is preserved by focusing the carbon fiber on the upper parts of the yacht. This approach can reduce the weight of laminated parts by up to 30% and also decrease the natural rolling motion by up to 15%.

Humphree's automatic interceptors provide the necessary lift for a vessel to achieve faster planning or reach the ideal running trim. Optimizing the hull's resistance for every speed and load condition lowers fuel consumption while speeding increases. The Humphree system is powered entirely by electricity, utilizing 12-24 Volt DC. Thanks to its compound design, the Interceptor requires a small amount of energy to move the blades up and down, even running at high speed.

The yacht's air extraction system, called AHU, constantly replaces and cleans the air inside. This is done through extractors and air handling units, which ensure that the rooms are supplied with a steady stream of fresh and pure air from the outdoors. Undesirable particles and odors are filtered out during this process.

Alberto Mancini collaborated closely with the company to design the yacht's lightweight and streamlined exterior, which features a large glazed area, and the astonishing interiors were the responsibility of Aquille Salvagni. Despite not being particularly big, the 26-meter hull provides ample space for a large master cabin on the main deck and four guest cabins on the lower deck. The crew cabins are located separately in the bow, with a secret passage leading to them. There is also direct access from the galley, and a partially raised control post ensures high privacy.
