Ticoprene is a one-pack chlorinated rubber primer pigmented with aluminum flakes, an all-purpose primer for the marine environment, suitable for maintenance painting of wood and steel boat hulls and structures. It can also be applied to zinc primers and one-pack and two-pack primers, well suited as a sealer for old antifoulings. Ticoprene provides good protection to parts immersed in salt and fresh water.
